That’s why we’re proud to share that Melissa Crane, Manager of our Agency Support Team, has been selected to participate in the 2026 Florida Insurance Test Development Meetings, hosted by Pearson and the Florida Department of Financial Services.
These meetings bring together experienced insurance professionals from across Florida to review, revise, and develop the licensing examinations that future Florida insurance agents must pass before entering the profession. Participants evaluate content outlines, edit existing exam questions, and write new test items to ensure the exams accurately reflect current Florida insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Being selected to serve on this committee recognizes Melissa’s expertise and gives her the opportunity to help strengthen the future of Florida’s insurance industry. By contributing to the licensing process, she is helping ensure that new insurance professionals enter the workforce with the knowledge and ethical foundation needed to properly serve consumers across our state.
