Whitney Ricci

Whitney serves as President of the Safeco Liberty Mutual National Agent Advisory Council. This is a formal advisory body in which a small group of agents provides direct input to the carrier on underwriting guidelines, market conditions, and national policy, giving participating agents visibility into how insurers make decisions that affect consumers.

Ricci Insurance Group holds Diamond Agency status with American Integrity Insurance, the carrier’s highest performance tier, which the agency has earned eight consecutive times. In 2024, Ricci Insurance Group was recognized as the Best Retention agency across American Integrity Insurance’s entire network. The agency also holds Platinum status with Progressive and Tower Agency status with Tower Hill. These are performance-based designations awarded by carriers to agencies that meet volume, retention, and quality benchmarks, and are not available to all agencies.
