Melissa was born and raised in Jacksonville. She pursued her passion for Child Care since she was 16 years old. Through all the ups and downs in life, she eventually obtained a degree in Child Care and realized her goal of being a Director.

After 24 years, she realized she was ready for a new adventure, and her husband recommended her to Ricci Insurance Group in 2022. She has found new passions and goals in life each day.
