Marie was born and raised in Gainesville FL (Go Gators!), which is how she was introduced to insurance. Her neighbor worked at Nationwide and offered her a job processing claims when she graduated high school. She worked her way through college and once she graduated with a business degree became an adjuster. Realizing that wasn’t her passion she moved to Jacksonville to marry her husband and started working for State Farm Insurance as a producer. Once her daughter was born she decided her true passion was helping customers with their insurance needs. Marie has worked for Whitney for a little over 5 years as an agency support specialist.

When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time outside with her family and 3 dogs.
