Commercial Lines Account Manager
Jenni Rodriguez is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Ricci Insurance Group with a particular focus on commercial property and complex account servicing.
Since joining Ricci, Jenni has progressed through several roles within the agency, beginning as an Agency Support Specialist before moving into Personal Lines account management and ultimately Commercial Lines. That experience has given her a broad understanding of the agency and the different coverage and service needs of the clients we work with.
Today, Jenni particularly enjoys working with commercial property accounts, including lessor’s risk and accounts involving larger property or general liability schedules. She thrives on the organization and attention to detail these accounts require and enjoys working through the more complicated questions that can come with them.
Clients know Jenni as someone they can bring a problem to. Whether it’s a straightforward service request or an unusual situation that requires research, she’s willing to investigate, work through the details and help find an answer. Her responsiveness, organization and problem-solving approach are especially valuable when managing commercial accounts with multiple policies, properties or moving parts.
Before joining Ricci Insurance Group, Jenni worked in the healthcare industry reviewing medical insurance benefits and billing for incoming patient procedures across six hospital departments. That experience strengthened the attention to detail, organization and follow-through she now brings to commercial account management.
Jenni holds a Florida 2-20 General Lines license, having originally entered the agency with her 4-40 Customer Representative license.
Outside of work, Jenni enjoys spending time with her family, visiting local farmers markets and working in her garden.
