Ashley Napolitano is a Personal Lines Account Manager and Life Insurance Specialist at Ricci Insurance Group with eight years of insurance experience focused on personal lines.
Ashley joined Ricci as an Agency Support Specialist before moving into account management, where she works directly with clients to manage their policies, review coverage and navigate changing insurance needs. She particularly enjoys developing long-term client relationships and making sure clients understand both their coverage and the options available to them.
Her experience also includes managing larger personal lines accounts and clients with multiple investment properties. These accounts often involve more moving pieces, and Ashley is skilled at keeping the details organized while looking at the client’s insurance needs as a whole.
Known for her responsiveness, coverage knowledge and problem-solving approach, Ashley is especially helpful when a client’s situation falls outside the ordinary. She takes the time to understand the issue, research the available options and work with the appropriate carriers to determine the best path forward.
In addition to her Personal Lines expertise, Ashley is a Life Insurance Specialist and helps clients evaluate life insurance as part of their broader protection strategy. She takes the same educational approach to life insurance, helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions based on their individual needs.
Clients appreciate Ashley’s clear communication and follow-through, as well as her ability to make insurance easier to understand and manage. Her goal is to build relationships that last well beyond a single policy or renewal.
Outside of work, Ashley loves live music and regularly attends concerts and music festivals. She also enjoys traveling when it’s time to disconnect and cheering on the Jacksonville Jaguars.
