Account Manager
Alexis Haag is an Account Manager at Ricci Insurance Group with experience in both personal insurance and commercial account support.
Alexis began in Personal Lines account management before expanding into commercial insurance, giving her experience supporting clients across different types of policies and coverage needs. She is especially strong at the relationship and organizational side of account management, making sure questions are answered, outstanding items are followed through and clients know what to expect throughout the process.
Consistency is one of Alexis’s biggest strengths. For accounts with multiple policies, properties or ongoing needs, she works closely with clients to keep information organized and maintain regular communication so important details don’t get lost along the way.
She’s also a natural problem solver and particularly good at working with clients when a situation becomes frustrating or complicated. Alexis takes the time to understand the issue, communicate clearly and help determine the best path forward.
Clients appreciate her responsiveness, consistent follow-up and the relationships she builds with them over time. Her goal is to make the insurance side of their lives and businesses easier to manage and to be someone they know they can reach when they need help.
Outside of work, Alexis lives on a farm with two donkeys, a miniature horse, five cats and two fish. Her mom lives next door and also happens to be her best friend.
