Sarah was born into an Air Force family and spent much of her life traveling before making herself home in Atlanta, GA. Sarah found her way into the insurance world through a family friend, and had some experience in Property & Casualty and Umbrella lines of business while in an administrative role. Sarah decided a change of pace was in order and spent the next eight years in property management. During this experience, she became a master problem-solver, organized with managing accounts, and developed award-winning customer service skills.
She moved to Jacksonville in 2022 to be closer to family and is thrilled to join the Ricci Insurance family! Outside of work, Sarah loves spending time with her family and spoiling her nieces and nephew as much as possible. She is an avid baseball fan (Let’s go BRAVES!) and loves to read.
