Brianna was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. After graduating high school, a family friend offered her a job as a customer service representative for his insurance agency, knowing she would do well because of her caring and enthusiastic personality. She fell in love with the industry and earned her 2-20 license shortly after.
When she is not working, she supports the Gators or Jaguars with her boyfriend and fur baby.
