This position is more than a title—it’s a reflection of our commitment to providing leadership opportunities from within. Our Ambassador will represent Ricci Insurance Group in the community, deepen carrier relationships, and ensure we’re always bringing energy and fun into the work we do. Whether it’s hosting events, welcoming new partners, or rallying the team around causes we care about, the Ambassador ensures we never lose sight of the joy in the journey.
This exciting addition comes during a season of continued growth and internal advancement. In the past year alone, we’ve promoted three team leads from within—elevating employees who have been with us for 2 to 5+ years. Each of them stepped into new leadership roles, bringing fresh perspectives and deep knowledge of our culture and clients.
