Get to know Karma Adams
Manager of Sales
Karma Adams brings 14 years of insurance experience to Ricci Insurance Group and currently leads the agency’s Personal and Commercial Lines New Business teams as well as the Commercial Lines Account Management team.
Her insurance career has included life insurance, property and casualty sales, agency support and leadership. Before joining Ricci, Karma spent more than eight years with Brightway Insurance, where she progressed from producer into management roles overseeing Inside Sales and Agency Support.
As an industry veteran, Karma brings a broad understanding of coverage, underwriting and the challenges that come with more complex accounts, including high-value homes, difficult-to-place risks, flood and multi-policy insurance programs. She is especially skilled at developing strong relationships with carriers and underwriters and working collaboratively with them when an account or situation requires additional attention.
Karma is known for her calm, solutions-focused leadership style and her ability to build strong relationships across the agency and with Ricci’s carrier partners. Her experience on both the sales and service sides of insurance gives her valuable perspective as she develops her teams and helps them work through challenging accounts.
Karma holds Florida 2-20 General Lines and 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity licenses. Earlier in her career, she was recognized as Brightway’s Employee of the Quarter for Accountability, selected from a company of more than 300 employees.
Outside of work, Karma loves spending time by the pool with her two dogs, Jax and Beaux. She makes an annual trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras, enjoys returning home to Panama City to visit family and friends, and is a devoted Jaguars fan.
